Frequently Asked Questions

Everything customers ask us about washing machine repair, service costs, warranties and annual maintenance — answered plainly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about our washing machine service, repair process, warranty and pricing.

How quickly can a technician reach my home?

Calls booked before 4 PM are usually completed the same day. Evening and weekend slots fill fast — WhatsApp us your pincode and we'll confirm the earliest window.

Do you repair semi-automatic washing machines too?

Yes — twin tub and single tub semi-automatics are among our most common jobs: spin motor and timer faults, drain valve blockages, agitator and tub issues, and body-level repairs like rusted bases.

My washer is still under company warranty. Should I call you?

If your machine is under the manufacturer's warranty, use their authorised service first — opening it yourself can void the warranty. Once the warranty expires, we're the faster and often more economical option.

Are your spare parts original?

Always. We install genuine OEM parts sourced through authorised suppliers, and we show you the part and its packaging before installation. Counterfeit duplicates void our warranty and yours.

What if the same problem comes back?

Every repair carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault recurs within that window, we return and fix it at no charge — parts and labour both.

Can you repair washing machines at any floor or apartment?

Yes — our technicians service machines in apartments, basements, utility balconies and rooftops alike. Machines don't need to be moved for repair in most cases.

Do you offer service for commercial laundry machines?

Yes, we service commercial-grade washers including Speed Queen, IPSO and UniMac units used in laundromats, hostels and salons. Call for a site assessment.

How do I pay?

Cash, UPI, or card on completion — after you've seen the machine run a full test cycle. A digital invoice with parts and labour itemised is shared on WhatsApp.

Do you repair portable and mini washing machines?

Yes — compact twin tubs and bucket-style portables are serviceable: mini drain pumps, timer knobs, tap adapters and small capacitors. Our portable washer repair page covers what these machines typically need.

Can the washing machine be repaired at home, or must it go to a workshop?

Almost every fault is fixed at your home — pumps, valves, belts, sensors, even PCBs. Only rare jobs like drum-bearing presses or full tub replacement justify a workshop bench, and then we handle the transport safely.

How long does a typical washing machine repair take?

Most single-component repairs — pump, valve, belt, capacitor, lid switch — finish within 45–90 minutes of arrival. Board-level work and bearing jobs run longer; your technician tells you the expected duration with the quote.

Do you also clean washing machines, not just repair them?

Yes — a full deep cleaning service covers drum descaling, gasket and tray disinfection, drain flush and odour treatment. It's also included in every scheduled AMC visit.
