Safe Uninstallation
Water lines drained and disconnected, drum secured, hoses capped and every bolt labelled so reinstallation is clean and complete.
New washer setup, old machine uninstallation, home-to-home shifting — done with correct levelling, secure water connections and a tested first cycle.
Most washing machine problems in the first year trace back to poor installation — an unlevel floor stance, a crushed drain hose, missing transit bolts left in place, or an unsecured inlet joint that sprays water behind the machine unnoticed. Our installation service sets your washer up exactly as the manufacturer specifies.
We install front load, top load, semi-automatic twin tub and washer-dryer units of every brand, and we handle the details that matter: transit bolt removal, hose routing without kinks, stand mounting, anti-vibration pads, drain height compliance and a full unattended test cycle before we leave.
Water lines drained and disconnected, drum secured, hoses capped and every bolt labelled so reinstallation is clean and complete.
Front load drums must be secured with transit bolts before any vehicle move — we fit them correctly to protect the suspension and bearings.
At the new address: full reinstallation, levelling on the new floor, leak checks and a test cycle. Old-home-to-new-home, one booking.

Each washer family has its own setup sensitivities — this is what our technicians verify before handing over a new machine.
| Machine Type | Positioning Care | Connection Detail | Test-Cycle Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Front load | Transit bolts out, feet locked, stand checked for flex | Gasket drained of transport water, door swings clear | Unbalance-free high spin, no door-line weep — see front load repair |
| Top load automatic | Level side-to-side and front-to-back, lid clearance above | Inlet valve threads hand-tight plus a quarter turn, no cross-thread | Agitator engage, spin cut-in, water-level sensing — top load repair |
| Semi-automatic twin tub | Castors locked or feet seated, spinner lid aligns | Drain hose fall confirmed, spinner drain valve clear | Wash-tub agitation and spinner extraction separately — semi-auto repair |
| Washer-dryer combo | Ventilation gap around the cabinet for condenser airflow | Same cold fill, plus condenser drain path verified | Wash-dry transition and moisture-sensor response — combo service |
First cycle done right is the cheapest insurance your washer will ever get. If your new machine ever throws a code or behaves oddly in week one, start with the error-codes library before guessing at settings.
Quick answers about our washing machine service, repair process, warranty and pricing.
A standard installation takes 30–45 minutes. It includes unboxing, positioning, levelling, inlet and drain hose connection, electrical safety check and a test cycle. Front load machines with transit bolts take slightly longer.
Yes. Our uninstall-and-shift service disconnects the machine safely, drains residual water, secures the drum (transit bolts where applicable), and reinstalls and levels it at the new address with a full function test.
An unlevel machine rocks during spin, which wears out shock absorbers and bearings early, increases noise dramatically and can walk the machine across the floor. Correct levelling is the single biggest factor in your washer's lifespan.
Yes, we install front load and top load machines on manufacturer-approved stands, including anti-vibration pads, and we check stand stability before the test spin.
Yes — installation follows the manufacturer's specification, not a brand-specific routine. LG, Samsung, IFB, Whirlpool, Bosch, Haier, Godrej and every other make listed on our brands page installs the same careful way.
Usually not — most machines ship with the inlet hose and drain hose in the box. If your tap threading needs an adapter or you want a trolley stand or anti-vibration pads, tell us on booking and the technician brings the right accessory for your installation.
Yes, with two precautions: the socket must be earthed and positioned away from splash range, and the drain hose needs correct height and fall so waste water never siphons back. Balcony installs also get a sun/rain exposure check to protect panels and hoses.
Drain hoses must rise to the height the manufacturer specifies (typically within a set window above the floor) before falling to the standpipe. Too low and wash water siphons out mid-cycle; too high and the drain pump strains. We route and secure the hose to spec on every install.
Yes — uninstallation and disposal-ready removal is a standard add-on. We disconnect, drain and cap the old washer's lines, and if it's being donated or shifted rather than scrapped, we fit transit bolts so the drum survives the move.
Front load drums ship locked by steel transit bolts that must be removed before first use — running with them in place hammers the suspension and bearings. They go back in only when the machine travels by vehicle, which our uninstall-and-shift service always does before transport.
Every service pairs with component work and fault knowledge — replacement goes smoother when you know the failure chain behind it. These related pages cover the full workflow.
Installation errors masquerade as faults for months — unlevel feet read as vibration, wrong drain height as pump strain. Post-move vibration routes to the suspension service, and transit-bolt damage to the drum service.
